Each AFT event has a 60-point minimum event score. The 2026 Army Fitness Test (AFT) uses 5 scored events, with up to 100 points available per event. The General Standard uses age- and sex-normed scoring and requires 300 total points for the standard five-event AFT. The Combat Standard uses age-normed, sex-neutral scoring and requires 350 total points. Both standards use a 60-point minimum for each scored event.
Choose the context that matches your assessment, then read across the official threshold table for each event.
Showing General AFT scoring for a 26-year-old male Soldier — age group 22–26. General scoring is age- and sex-normed.
For the standard five-event AFT, these raw performance thresholds show what reaches the 60-point event floor in the selected age group and scoring context.
For MDL, HRP, PLK, higher raw results reach more points. For SDC, 2MR, faster (lower) times reach more points.
General: For the standard five-event AFT, 5 event scores at 60 points total 300 points, which meets the 300-point General total minimum.
For the standard five-event AFT, an event score below 60 does not meet the event floor. These rows preserve the below-floor thresholds published in the selected official scoring column.
Below-60 detail varies by event: some Army tables publish every point, while others publish only selected benchmark scores.
A dash is not zero and is not interpolated.

AFT scoring is organized by official age groups. Enter your current age and the chart uses the matching Army age group.
Combat scoring varies by age but not by sex. In the Army scoring tables, Combat uses the M | C column for both male and female Soldiers subject to the Combat Standard. F is the General female scoring column.
Find the row for the point score and read across to the event column for the corresponding raw performance threshold.
Higher results earn more points for MDL, HRP, PLK. Faster (lower) times earn more points for SDC, 2MR.
A dash means the official Army scoring table does not publish a separate raw-result threshold for that point value in the selected event, age group, and scoring column. It does not mean zero, and ArmyFitHub does not interpolate or estimate a missing value.
Read the official raw-result threshold for each published score from 60 through 100 points.

Use the score chart to look up raw performance thresholds for a specific point value. Use the AFT score calculator when you know all five event results and want the total score and standard status.
The table preserves the published Army threshold structure. It does not interpolate missing raw-result values or replace official scorecards and current Army guidance.
Use the calculator when you want event scores, a total, and standard status from your own results. The maximum across the five scored events is 500 points.
